WIND RIVER RANCH WEEKLY SCHEDULE (All Activities are Optional)

Monday

8:30 – 9:30 am	Breakfast in dining hall
9:30	Bible Study in Ranch House or on Ranch House Deck (optional for Teens and adults)
9:30 – 10:15 am	Kid’s Horse Orientation
9:30 – 12:30 am	Kid’s Club
10:15 – 12:15 am	Adult Horse Orientation
12:15 pm	Lunch in the upper meadow
1:15 pm	Wind River Olympics – Don’t miss this!
2:00 pm & 4:30 pm	Horse Rides
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm	Climbing wall
6:30 pm	Dinner on the deck
7:30 pm	Square Dance on the basketball court

Tuesday

8:30 – 9:30 am	Breakfast in dining hall
9:15 am	Bible Study in Ranch House or on Ranch House Deck (optional for Teens and adults)
9:50, 10:00, and 10:30 am	Lunch rides meet at barn (lunch will be provided)
11:45 am	Golfers meet and eat lunch– Golf in Estes Park, tea time at 1:20 & 1:28
12:30 pm	Lunch in the dining hall
2:00 pm	Afternoon Horse Rides and Free Time
6:30 pm	Dinner on the deck
7:30 pm	Wind River World Kick Ball Game in Kaminski Park
8:15 pm	Fireside in Ranch House

Wednesday

8:30 am	Breakfast in dining hall
9:30 am	Bible Study in Ranch House or on Ranch House Deck (optional for Teens and adults)
10:30 am	Children’s Rodeo in the arena
11:30 am	Rafters leave – sack lunch is provided
12:30 am	Lunch in the dining hall
Afternoon free time
7:00 pm	Dinner in dining hall
8:15 pm	Fireside in Ranch House

Thursday

8:30 am	Breakfast
9:30 am	Bible Study in Ranch House or Ranch House Deck (optional for Teens and adults)
10:30 am	Carnival at the Old West Town
11:30 am	Leave for Hike in The Rocky Mountain National Park (sack lunches provided)
12:30 am	Lunch in dining hall for those not on hike
1:45 pm	Afternoon free time and horse rides
6:30 pm	Steak Dinner
7:45 pm	Hootenanny in Rec. Hall

Friday

8:15 am	Drop off children that are not riding to wrangler breakfast in the Cocoa Cabana
8:30 am	Horse rides leave the barn for wrangler breakfast
9:30 am	The van leaves the dining hall for all guest who want to ride to wrangler breakfast
10:00 am	Wrangler breakfast in the lower meadow
11:30 am	Bible Study on the Ranch House deck
12:45 pm	Gather for pool party and snacks (special performance at 12:45)
2:00 & 4:00 pm	Horse rides
3:00- 5:00 pm	Climbing wall
6:30 pm	Dinner in the dining hall for adults and kid's pizza party in Rec Hall (please take Kids to Rec. Hall for party)
7:30 pm	Kids Club awards in dining hall
8:00 pm	Closing Fireside followed by a DVD viewing of photos for week shown in the Ranch House

Saturday

7:30 – 9:30	Continental Breakfast
9:30	Check Out
