Wind River Ranch is an incredible place for young adults to serve in the summer. We are looking for the best of the best for our summer staff. Most of our positions are volunteer positions and the staff can choose one to 4 month terms to serve. The age of the staff we are looking for starts at 17 and goes through 24. We are looking for mature individuals who are not scared of hard work. While serving at this ranch, the staff work long days, work with other awesome staff, do a little bit of everything, and change peoples lives eternally.

As a staff you will eat really well and live in what we consider some of the nicest staff quarters in the business. We ask that the staff show Christ in their actions daily. We also have a strict policy on not pursuing a relationship with a co-worker or guest while the working here at Wind River Ranch. This is to keep the staffs focus on serving the guests and growing in their own spiritual walk. We also DO NOT allow tobacco, drugs, or alcohol to be consumed by our summer staff.

                              (Sept. 1-21) Conference Season

There are openings June, July, August or September.
