All rooms have private baths, king beds or twin beds, down comforters, and western decor. Deluxe rooms have these same features plus a sitting room and sometimes a fireplace. The Chalet is our newest cabin and it has three bedrooms, three baths, a gas fireplace, a kitchenette and a large living area with a large picture window.
Rates Include:

- all Horseback riding and other ranch activities

Reservation Policy
A deposit of $300 is required to secure your cabin up to November 1st (refundable up to November 1st). After November 1st, a full deposit of $400 is due per person (less the $300 cabin hold.) The full deposit of $400 deposit is earned as of March 15th, 2008 and is therefore non-refundable or transferrable. If you cancel before March 15th, it is refunded minus a $100 administration fee.
Sorry, no pets. All cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside your cabin.

We prefer personal checks, but also accept Visa and MasterCard. - Check in time: 2:30 P.M. Sunday
- Check out time: 9:30 A.M. Saturday

Transportation
Shuttle service is available from the airport to Wind River Ranch. If you wish to use the shuttle, please call Estes Park Shuttle at 970-586-5151. Please check your arrival times to make sure they coordinate with the shuttles times. Many of our guests enjoy the use of rental cars because of the many scenic areas in and around the Rocky Mountain National Park. Rental cars are available at the airport in Denver. The drive from Denver International Airport to Wind River Ranch is a little less than two hours.
Conferences
Wind River Ranch is a wonderful place for small conferences and coorperate meetings in September. Meeting facilities are provided at no extra charge. Please call or email us for specific information regarding arrangements. We are at:
