All rooms have private baths, king beds or twin beds, down comforters, and western decor. Deluxe rooms have these same features plus newly decorated and updated bathrooms, a sitting room and some have a fireplace.
Rates Include:
- a fabulous dinner upon your arrival
- three (3) amazing meals a day during your stay
- a continental breakfast upon departure date
- all horseback riding and other ranch activities
- daily maid service
- an incredible staff to help you and your family have an incredible vacation
- babysitting for off property activities
Rates Do Not Include:
- river rafting and golf rates which are off property activities

Reservation Policy
A deposit of $400 is required to secure your cabin up to November 1st (refundable up to November 1st). After November 1st, a full deposit of $400 is due per person (less the $400 cabin hold.) The full deposit of $400 deposit is earned as of March 1st, 2010 and is therefore non-refundable or transferrable. If you cancel before March 1st, it is refunded minus a $100 administration fee.
Sorry, no pets. All cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside your cabin.
Payment
We prefer personal checks, but also accept Visa and MasterCard.

- Check out time: 9:30 A.M. Saturday

Transportation
Shuttle service is available from the airport to Wind River Ranch. If you wish to use the shuttle, please call Estes Mountain Shuttle, 877.378.3711 or Estes Park Shuttle, 970.586.5151. Please check your arrival times to make sure they coordinate with the shuttles times. Many of our guests enjoy the use of rental cars because of the many scenic areas in and around the Rocky Mountain National Park. Rental cars are available at the airport in Denver. The drive from Denver International Airport to Wind River Ranch is a little less than two hours.
Conferences
Wind River Ranch is a wonderful place for small conferences and coorperate meetings in September. Meeting facilities are provided at no extra charge. Please call or email us for specific information regarding arrangements. Our contact information is:
