Rates Include:

• a fabulous dinner upon your arrival
• three (3) amazing meals a day during your stay
• a continental breakfast upon departure date
• all horseback riding and other ranch activities
• daily maid service
• an incredible staff to help you and your family have an incredible vacation
• babysitting for off property activities

Rates Do Not Include:

• river rafting and golf rates which are off property activities
• rates vary depending on the type of accommodation

Deposit Policy for Summer 2013
A deposit of $400 per person is require to hold your cabin for 2013. The remaining balance will be due the Friday of your stay at Wind River Ranch.

Deposit Policy for Summer 2013
If you owuld like to make a deposit for a future year, 2014 or beyond, the deposit is $400 per cabin. An additional $400 deposit per person is due on Sept. 30th the year prior to your stay.

Deposit Policy for Summer 2013
Cancellations occuring before March 1, 2013 will be refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee per cabin. Cancellations occuring on or after March 1, 2013 are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a future vacation (2014 and beyond), cancellaions occuring before March 1 of your arrial year are refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee per cabin. Cancellations occuring on or after Mar 1 of your arrive year are non-refundable. 

Sorry, no pets. All cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside your cabin.

We prefer personal checks, but also accept Visa and MasterCard.

Transportation
Shuttle service is available from the airport to Wind River Ranch. If you wish to use the shuttle, please call Estes Park Shuttle, 970.586.5151. Please check your arrival times to make sure they coordinate with the shuttles times. Many of our guests enjoy the use of rental cars because of the many scenic areas in and around the Rocky Mountain National Park. Rental cars are available at the airport in Denver. The drive from Denver International Airport to Wind River Ranch is a little less than two hours.

Conferences
Wind River Ranch is a wonderful place for small conferences and coorperate meetings in September. Meeting facilities are provided at no extra charge. Please call or email us for specific information regarding arrangements. Our contact information is:
