Wait Staff

Our wait staff are friendly, smiling, detailed, needs anticipators, and preferably have served meals in the past. The job of our wait staff is to act as hosts in our dining hall: greet the guests, set the tables, and serve the meals for our 70 guests. Between meals they take care of other tasks around the dining hall: fill hummingbird feeders, water flowers, wash pool towels, stock the coffee bar, and clean the dining hall.

We usually have 2 full time wait staff; other staff will pitch in as well. This position is a front-line position serving guests, so we need people with servant hearts and welcoming personalities. The wait staff position is fairly isolated from the rest of the staff (except at meal time) and works very long days. This position has set responsibilities each day, but each meal is different and the needs of the guests provide endless variety!

As with all of our staff, an active and mature faith in Jesus Christ is the most important ingredient for a successful staff member. This is a seasonal position only.
