Our Executive Chef and assistant chefs serve up authentic ranch-style cuisine and delectable culinary masterpieces that will leave even those with the most discerning of palates satisfied and asking for seconds.

Authentic Ranch-Style Cuisine

Although our menu varies from year to year and is adjusted seasonally, you’ll never feel you missed out on a genuine ranch experience with evenings like BBQ Night, which includes fork-tender brisket, grilled chicken and all the fixins, and Steak Night, featuring some of the finest cuts of Angus Beef, grilled salmon, and topped off with an incredible cobbler.

Desserts and treats include homemade pies, cakes, cobblers, cakes, and cookies that will accompany lunch and dinner daily.

Breakfast is served daily, beginning at 8:30 a.m., followed by a 12:30 lunch, and 5:30 appetizers followed by dinner at 6:00 pm. On Fridays, Wrangler Breakfast will be at 9:30 a.m. in our picturesque Aspen Grove and grilled burgers and brats will be provided at 1 p.m. for the afternoon Pool Party.

At Wind River Ranch, our kitchen staff is incredibly dedicated to serving the needs of all our guests. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions you or your family members may have.
